The conversion of the existing loft void to a Grade II listed building and the creation of a penthouse apartment for a private Client.

The Lodge,

Pegwell Road, Ramsgate

The construction of a new build Bungalow to replicate a historic lodge house set within the grounds of a Grade II listed estate. Undertaken for a private Client

CONVERSION & EXTENSION

Addington Street,

Ramsgate

The conversion and extension of a Grade II listed building to improve layouts and circulation spaces and to add an additional apartment. Undertaken for a private Client.

NEW BUILDS

Victoria Parade,

Ramsgate

The construction of two new build four bedroom houses in a seafront position. Both retained for onward rental. Undertaken for a private Client.

REFURBISHMENT

Arlington House,

Margate

A highly contemporary refurbishment of a sea facing apartment. Thanks to the Client's imagination the property is stunning and made it to the front cover of World of Interiors Magazine. Undertaken for a private Client.

EXTENSION

Fort Road Hotel,

Margate

The vertical extension of a historic hotel. Fully refurbished and now compromising 14 en suite bedrooms, 2 bars and a restaurant. Undertaken for a private Client.

REFURBISHMENT

Shakespeare Public House,

Margate

The refurbishment of a ground floor public house and the redevelopment of the upper floors to provide a co-working space. Undertaken for a private Client.
